They have been worn. You will need to put a couple stitches in a seam. It is right near the waist line directly in the back. If they fit me and I was keeping them I would not even bother with the repair. I would just enjoy them the way they are!
There are a couple teeny tears on the inside lining but other than that they are perfect and SO cute!!!

They remind me of Mary Tyler Moore Laura Petrie pants. No pockets, straight leg and side zipper. Very 1950's!
