The listing, iPod *Broken* Plays Music While Plugged In has ended.

This iPod only comes on when it's plugged in and charging. I got it second hand so I'm not sure what's wrong with it. I have been able to restore it to factory settings. As soon as it unplugs it shuts off. It plays music just fine while plugged in. It's pretty scratched up, especially on the back.
