Retro/Antique looking silver-tone alarm clock from Sterling & Noble. This is a new-ish clock. Uses one AA battery. Works great--my husband just didn't like the alarm sound.

Although it doesn't have any interior old clock parts, I can see parts of it being used for Steampunk wear. Appx. 6 inches high.
