The listing, Antique Silver Kettle has ended.

This was gave to my great grandmother as a present at her wedding in the 20s. My grandmother tried to have it preserved, so its not in working condition, the inside is painted and chipping. Would love to see it go to a good home to someone that appreciates this kind of stuff. By the handle is the words "Revere". It is very old and looks it. Happy bidding!

I believe this is made of aluminum, not silver. Most Revere ware is either aluminum or stainless. Not saying it isn't silver, but possibly is not.
Very nice item either way.
