This phone is a re-list. I won it off of listia. I'm pretty much wanting to get my points back. This phone is a US Cellular cell phone. yes, it is a smart phone. Everything on the phone works EXCEPT for ear speaker, it is very low in sound, can barely hear person on other end, and that's with the volume turned up as loud as it goes. If you put the phone on the speaker phone, you can hear the person on the other end of the line just fine. or if just wanting to play music on phone, works GREAT. do not know if this phone pay as you go. I HONESTLY believe it is not a pay as you go. if there are any questions, PLEASE ask. NO question is too dumb to ask. I would rather have you ask questions now and not get the phone and be to NOT be disappointed with your purchase. PLEASE ask.
