Small finger-shaped hot peppers picked green or red. Easy to dry.
Serrano will give you dozens of fruits per plant. Pick them early when the peppers are green and more mild or wait until they're mature and "red hot". Days to maturity are from time plants are set in garden. For transplants add 8-10 weeks. Space plants 18-24" apart.
