This is the Hamilton Beach 33967 Set 'n Forget 6-Quart Programmable Slow Cooker, and it comes direct from the store.

It features a flat panel digital read-out and stainless steel base, plus separate temperature probe for large cuts of meat. There will be no more over cooked or under cooked beef or poultry because the probe reads the internal temperature as it cooks and automatically switches to keep warm once set temperature is reached . Operates in three different cook settings including manual cook mode. Easy to read LED digital control panel and timer for setting preferred cooking time. Other features include a clip-on spoon and a clip-tight gasket lid. The removable stoneware and tempered-glass lid clean up easily by hand or in the dishwasher, and a user manual with recipes comes included. Perfect for soups, casseroles, pot roasts, curries, and more, the slow cooker measures approximately 10-2/5 by 16 by 16 inches and carries a one-year limited warranty.

Susan Hill said, "I got this one for Christmas and I am totally swearing by it!!! I've owned many a crock and this one just rocks! The probe is awesome. I made a chicken recipe that said to cook 3-4 hours on high but since I was using the probe I set it for 180 degrees and it was done in 2 hours on high and set to warm. No more overcooked chicken! Sometimes you don't want the chicken falling apart you know. Nor do you want it overdone and tough. I also love that it seals so well for travel. I have filled it full of soup and traveled 100+ miles and did not spill a single drop of soup. I also like that if there is a short power outage it is suppose to remember and keep going so no ruined & unsafe food to come home to."

These are just three of the many reviews I have seen on this item. To add my own input, I really like it. I've tried a number of different kinds of meats and everything I've cooked has come out nice and tender. I wouldn't bee offering it here if I had a low opinion of it.

my crockpot seems to be on its last legs (cooks on high no matter what it is set at lol) I work 10 hour days so I love my crockpot! I could really use this. I have been saving all my credits since i saw this. I hope i have enough to win it
