I am really not sure I've never boguhten from her. and she says her feedback should speak for itself, but really there are tons of girls on here selling fake mac and they have 100% feedback and thousands of sales as well. just cus a feedback is 100% doesn't make the items authentic. and the pallets I saw at ulta all came with lipgloss

I even asked her why the pallet didn't have a lipgloss. all urban decay pallets come with a little extra.

lol you're really simple. yeah I have Avon up, but the majority of my auctions are high end smart one. unlike you who sells drug store make up. sorry did I make you mad??

lol and I am not the drama queen here you are. I'm not the one starting trouble with everyone I meet. if you're not here to make friends leave, Listia is based on being kind and generous and you obviously don't have either going for you.

and I wasn't kissing anyone rear missy, I was being polite, cus my Mom and dad taught me being kind gets you farther than being rude. and apparently they were right because I'm not the one getting blocked by every seller who has something good to offer.

I don't care what you do, I just get sick of seeing little old "I THINK I know it all" commenting on all these amazing auctions with generous honest sellers saying they're stuff is fake.

now go back to thinking you're helping the world know things are fake by being blocked by sellers :)

ps. Avon is way nicer than the stuff you're trying to sell. you really have no right to even bash it with your elf! k thanks.

just watch out for her, if you talk to some big and even smaller sellers on here, they will also tell you the same.

That was my original thought or why she didn't choose a better 'stock' photo. Anyone who knows anything about the urban decay naked line would know not to post a photo of a fake palette which leads me to believe she either is scamming people of their credits with a bunch of china counterfeit wholesale items or she really believes that is what an authentic naked2 looks like. My cousin is on Listia as well and I think she is gonna do a purchase to find out where her packages come from and if the palette is counterfeit. I think it's kinda hilarious how Atlantic claims we're haters but I could really careless about how much she has sold and what not. That's not why I'm on here. Listia seems like a great place to trade and earn other items...but I get concerned with how ppl use these palettes and think they are real. The people who make the counterfeits use ingredients that can damage or irritate your eyes. You fortunately can sue or take legal action to the person who sold it to you. You should report the person selling the counterfeit to both URBAN DECAY and LOREAL. Loreal or Urban Decay can then criminally prosecute them for distribution of illegal goods and I'm pretty sure they can file a lawsuits for copyright infringement. Not only can it cause a major problem for the seller/distributor but it could cause an issue for Listia. I reported her to Listia but supposedly their expertise cannot determine the authenticity.

yeah it's wrong, if someone broke out from the fakes, and wanted ti take legal action, it would not only make the company whose counterfeiting look bad, it'd also negatively effect urban decays name.

it sucks we have to be cautious on these kinds of places bc people like that. I mean in the description she says "I bought it from ulta directly and got a diacount" if that's the case, she knows it's fake, she's blatenly making up stories to make the buyers believe she got it from a licenced UD distributer.

I think she knows it fake and that's why she's relying on her feedback to sell it and not actual proof

In the subject of fakes.... I unfortunately fell victim of a fake benefit palette here in Listia and had such a bad reaction , I had to go to the doctors! Beware out there! And to seller ..thanks for providing receipt to prove it's authentic so we would not waste our points on other auctions :)

mskts, I am on the android app and can't reply to your messages, but I am also a VIP member at sephora. I am almost the high level at ulta as well, but I tend to shop more at sephora cus it's closer. they always offer me samples but I feel bad taking them for free lol. that why I wondered if you could buy them.

also if you ever run into the murad t zone gel for a good price let me know. I have been wanting to purchase but don't want to spend the 60$ or so it cost lol.

To calm the matter down a bit I have contact Listia with links to many replica and counterfeit items she has posted. Which I then sent another copy to the IPRcenter. I was taught that you cannot prosper from doing wrong, you will eventually fail. And when you google (Atlantagem) and read ratings there are many people who have said she scams. Obviously there are people on here that agree.

thanks mskts. seriously, I also report the same few sellers weekly. with fake benefit, mac, UD, bare minerals, and even lorac! !

I don't know so much about the jewelry so I stay away from the section, I'm always afraid I will buy something that's been said to be real gold and then it turns out completely fake.

I would never intentionally sell crap to people. ugh I've had so many try and scam me. I won a sheer cover auction a few weeks ago and the girl said only one thing was used (which was a lipgloss pallet that I planned to just toss and keep the rest). when I got the stuff the mascara had eyelashes in it (gross) and the moisturizer that she gave me was half full and had looked way tampered with. I chucked everything and let it go. didn't even file a dispute. but learned not to buy from her again.

I apologize for being super defensive matti. I work admire makeup so much and I could not imagine selling or giving a low quality product to someone. As you can see, I don't even use or touch the fakes I do have. I purchase 1 fake of each palette only to show comparisons. Usually with UD the counterfeits are the Naked 1,2 and sadly they "copied" the 3. I know it takes some gals and even the guys who use their credits on their wives some time to even build up the credits. It's just so wrong to do someone like that. I think I already said this, but I grew up being taught that a person can't continue to prosper doing the wrong thing.

I think people were a little curious because of all the fake UD pallets going around. it was hard for me to even think that you would even sell fake stuff, cus all of your items look way to authentic. lol

as matti said earlier I also noticed the one color in the middle of the pallet (goldish looking) but I assumed it was just the lighting where the picture was taken. but everything else checked out just fine, and you showed a lot of proof on purchase on how to compare fakes to real UD.

mskts you should do a blog on comparing real and fake UD . I have looked up UD comparrisons, but never can find any great ones or a fool proof way. and since you have fakes on hand it'd be nice to see real and fake side by side so we can all take notes!

The ladies at my fav sephora always say you buy so many items yet don't have a blog to review it!? What!? - I've thought about it, but the blogs I have read seem like it takes soooo much time. High end skincare, makeup & fragrances, a lot of us gals get very excited over the rollerballs & the .17oz deluxe samples, plus any skincare/ make-up deluxe/travel sizes, it gives an opportunity to try high-end before investing in full sizes...I'm sure with all u buy from Sephora u probably have lots, u could possibly start with a small flat rate box and see the turnout =)

The tiered auction would be an awesome idea! You would get a lot of buzz from it. You could promote the reopening of your website=) When I bought all those basics from you... they were xmas presents. I had no idea what to get the girls at work and family members. I kept one for me and I think I have 2 spare incase I need a last min gift. It was perfect because it worked for everyone =)

I compared it to an authentic Urban Decay palette and your colors are way off unless you can show proof that yours are authentic then your photos then speak for themselves and again your colors are way off just trying to decide which one to bid on thank you

I sell mainly urban decay cosmetics. Currently my domain site is down til glitches are fixed with the site coding and such. I can't believe that Atlantic lady on here said that "SOME" naked 2 palettes don't come with lip gloss! Ofcourse I got blocked for kindly saying her picture is of a fake palette but all the other items seemed nice to bid on. I actually know the attorney of UD (his name is John Ferrari) She is doing her best to convince people that it is real. Does anyone know where she actually ships from? One of her listings says Hong Kong.

I don't think she can be reported by a listia member to IC3.gov because you wouldn't be losing actual money from them but Urban could if they really wanted to for distributing counterfeit items with their name.
