This cutie is made up of 12 strands of seed bead Pearls (faux) & there is a larger Pearl at each end of this 7.5"bracelet. It looks to me like thee was originally an extender portion on it that the Owner took off to size it to thier own wrist. Thus~~you may add one, if need be, so it will fit You perfectly. AS shoen, it has a Lobster Claw clasp. I believe it's age to be Circa 1950's or 60's.but it is unbranded so I'm Guestimating.
