Technically this is a pocket diaper. I have to list it as a diaper cover to get around the crazy listia rule that only new cloth diapers can be sold. Per the rules you can sell used covers, which is why it's listed as a cover.

With that said, you could use it as a cover with a fitted or pre-fold cloth diaper, but you would have to change it when you changed the fitted or prefold. Reason being that this has a cloth interior with the laminated fabric (waterproof fabric) on the outside. There is a pocket in between the cloth interior lining and the PUL fabric where you stuff in an insert (microfiber, hemp, bamboo, cotton, etc.). Usually people use these with the inserts. This makes it easy if you are using cloth while out because everything is already put together prior to the diaper change and it's all in one piece, whereas fitteds or pfs you have to carry the fitted or pf along with a cover. You can use the cover more than once in that case....let air dry or wipe off and use again. You can't do that with this diaper.

This will fit babies between 8-35 lbs. The 3 rows of snaps on the front of the diaper are for adjusting the rise. The bottom row of snaps are for babies between 8-15 lbs, second row for babies 12-25 lbs, and the top row for babies 20-35 lbs.

All snaps work. No stains or smells. Elastic is good.
