Stretchy band that's lined with some type of crystals. I'm sure they aren't diamonds but I'm not sure what they are either but do they do sparkle that's for sure.

The heart is also a watch & is lined with the stones as well.

no, there aren't any scratches. I bought it new but I have tiny wrists so it didn't fit me, it just sat in the jewelry box for quite some time.

yes that's correct, I usually have to buy rubber watches otherwise I have to have 2-3 links taken out. I would like to say I love my tiny wrists but that is so untrue lol thank you for bidding!
