So I went a little crazy at Charming Charlie, it was my first time in the store! I thought my listian friends might enjoy some of my good loot (Over $150 worth!!!) No gold, no silver, just prettiness! Winner picks what they want, each piece costs 500 credits. Everything has a tag except the first item. Measurements are approximate, I did my best! Here's the list of your choices:

It was not meant to be negitive to ask if it was plastic (acrylic). Some folks prefer the lighter weight jewelry, made with acrylics, which can be quite beautiful these days- but personally I just prefer glass. :0)

They are just newbs and probably do not have many credits to begin with and are not really familiar with this site yet or what items actually go for when I was new I coulkdn't understand why a coach purse went for 20-30K in credits considering the credits are 10 cents a peice or at least they were back them lol. Great auction though it drem me in.

I don't see why some people are having a fuss over it! It's pretty jewelry and you pretty much are getting it for FREE. I hate when people complain about it being too much when they are really saving money. :/ The jewelry is really pretty. :) Any chance you might list a few items separately? (Assuming they don't sell the first time.) Or are you just going to make another tiered auction with the left overs?

Agreed! And yes, I will probably list the leftovers separately or in pairs, nothing tiered. Depending on what's left, I might just use them as bonuses to other auctions or extras for this one. I will figure out something to do w/ them! I'm kinda hoping that I don't have leftovers though! Thanks!

I dont see what the big fuss is either. She can make the auction any way she wants. It's HER auction, right? If you do not like the terms by which she chooses to auction off her items. I also love the #1 braclet, but I don't think this is a good way to auction on Listia. for instance, If I only want the bracelet I need do win the whole bid to get it and then all the extra credits that I bid I would have to either donate them or pick out something I don't even want. I do not mean to be rude. but I do not think this is a FREE auction. I can't go on Face Book and advertise this free auction, when It is not FREE. and I can't bid 3 or 4000 credits just to get that bracelet either. I am disapointed.

I don't understand how it is not FREE to you. You are right, I could have easily listed each piece individually and paid $50 to ship them all. If the winner has to pick out something they don't want, they can easily relist the item to get their credits back. I wouldn't be offended by that. I did this as a lot because not everyone on here has the same tastes and not to mention these are new and can be used as gifts. I really don't see what the fuss is all about...

so if i read this right if it goes to 500 you get 1 piece if it goes to 1000 2 pieces ect. what if it only goes to 300 ( which i am sure it will go much much higher) the bidder dosen't get to pick ?

Of course winner still gets something! I really don't like doing the tiered thing, but in a way it makes me feel a little more secure that the credits I get will at least cover shipping costs. It's always hard for me to decide what stuff is worth, and you really never know on this site!
