NO CREDIT REFUNDS OR RETURNS! (But I HAVE refunded people based on certain situations. Such as the item being stolen (which one has, or so the customer said), health issues of my own and weather situations.) I will also NOT refund credits due to postal issues. (I learned my lesson when a big snow storm just hit us a few days ago and we've been digging out of a foot of snow.) I will also NOT refund credits if I am delayed in sending your item. It doesn't state that I'll do overnight shipping. However, if you want tracking then politely ask me but work with me on it I’ve never done it. So do NOT DEMAND that I add it. I will have to add it with money out of my own pocket. But I don't mind as long as you are polite. I am going to go the extra mile to take extra precautions so that you get your item. I've had a customer assume I was a scammer and called me one and she said really mean things to me (made me cry even) which is why my sellers percentage is down. Let me ask you, If I was a scammer; why would I have refunded her credits when I FIRMLY stated in that auction that I would NOT A) Add tracking (Which she demanded I do. and B) Allow returns or refund credits? I will not be held accountable for bad people in this world and I ask that you at least allow me 1-2 weeks or less for me to get the item shipped to you. I’ve had recent customers that weather and sickness DID prevent me from sending the items as soon as possible and I refunded credits based on who wanted me to. I won’t be doing that again. I will even set up pick up dates by the postal service and send you the information. That’s all I can do. I have a strict NO RETURNS policy because NONE of the items I sell have EVER been worn so I have no way of knowing if the customer has worn the item. (Even if it was just for a second.)
