Sorry, did not notice you were in Canada when I made the statement..hope thwir shipping to US is not as high as ours to Canada (about 3x's US postage)

its more expensive to ship in Canada for sure- but I can offer priority shipping also if need be- this is antique so should be insured

I can send the dress for 7.80 CdN with no insurance or tracking. If it gets lost or damaged then then the buyer assumes the risk.

Does this dress flair out to a fuller skirt? (It appears from the pic it does) It looks very sheer- is there an under lining or is that up to the one who wears it?...lol..

No its has side split on both sides its ankle length and is sheer with no lining
it can be paired with black cami or full black slip to the knee or lined
the fabric is chiffon and velvet
