I'm 5'2 so it is below my knees ;) It measures between 32" and 40 " and the slip underneath measures 25". I measured from the hem under the bust. Hope this helps.

A little bit. Its a asymmetrical dress. The bottom has a jagged cut with 3 longer points one in the back and one on each side in the front. I am unable to add another photo since the auction ends soon. SOOOO go to my costume I have listed and I will post a pic of the bottom of the dress on there for a bit.
