you just blow into it. usually you cant hear it. only a dogs ear can. they react to it. if you blow into it outside and ur block has a few dogs on it, u'll hear em barking lol
It is really easy to teach a dog to use a dog whistle. The getting started guide will enplane how to do this. I will also email links to the winning bider. My dog comes running when I use the whistle or clicker. This is a very good tool for teaching anything especially to a stubborn learner.
this works I am so glad i won the last one, believe me I was considering getting rid of Tucker because he bit us everytime we brought the mail in or the news paper in. He was very agressive toward us, but now I blow the whistle and if he stops and sits like I tell him he gets a cookie and guess what he automatically does it now. It took less than a day training this is a lifesaver and this seller ships fast too!
This may sound out there- but I have a herding pack and I have trainded them to do some pretty interesting group exercises with ( don't laugh) certain tones on a harmonica.
I'm getting a puppy din a few weeks waiting on the 6-8 week mark anyway this sounds good to start out with so you don't need to fix a problem cause there won't be one!
