They were airborne. (Shih Tzu's don't ya know?)
Better, Houdini!!! I kid you not!
.
For small dogs, wrap around velcro closures.
Royal blue with faux fleece lining

They were kept in their packaging and after taking the pix, I see they could use a hand washing. Consider it done.

will they fit a 3 to 4 pound dog?

Well, this size would fit a mini poodle, mini schnauzer, etc.
These do have a velcro fastening that can tighten around the paw to keep
them in place.
If you're talking about a maybe a yorkie, I think they would be too big.
On the back of the packaging, if you can make a similar outline on paper,
you'd get a better idea of the size.

Do you think a Doxy could wear these, I looked at sz and am not sure if he needs S or M?

Is it a mini dox or standard?

These might fit Sage. I have gotten him use to doggie socks and some fleece booties. Are these boots more on the flexible side?

Original
Yes, these are soft and flexible.
How you trained your dog to keep socks on
is a miracle.
Not one of my dogs through the years would.

The winters are bitter cold and lots of snow in Chicago. I at first experimented with baby socks that were cheap, but there was not enough elastic on the tops. I went to Petsmart and found two sets of perfect dog socks with lots of elastic. Sage went along with the idea since he had cold feet from outside. It is so cute seeing him walking around with a hoodie and socks. When his feet feel warm I take the socks off. Today his felt arctic boots came in handy(they are very flexible..not real water proof), but prevent ice from the snow from building up between his toes. This is why I was hoping to graduate him to some water proof boots.

I'm in NY, so I know about those bitter cold winters.
When the booties didn't work, we got "Mush."
Kind of like a vaseline to put on the pad of the paws.
The salt throwers here are brutal and you would have to carry
your dog home from the run. (That's why our streets and sidewalks are
always being repaired. The salt destroys whatever it touches)
That was not easy when we had a larger breed.

Ah, my Raven was a lil Shih Tzu. Lost her when she turned 17.
Still not over it :(

Raven had a really long life. It is hard to lose a fur child regardless the age. We lost 7 cats, one dog, and two frogs over the years. A couple of the cats lived to be a little over 19 years old. We have Sage and four cats now.

Absolutely. Losing a family member is never easy.
My neighbors cat is almost 21. Can you believe it?
She takes her furballs for acupuncture and it seems to
alleviate arthritis, etc. She goe to an Upstate NY Country Vet.
Hey, it it works, go for it!

Wow, what a lengthy life for a cat. Acupuncture has been around for ages. It helped me get rid of a pinched nerve in my shoulder for bicycle riding too much. It is wonderful that your neighbor has such a great vet.

Yeah, but with the good, comes the bad. She had a huge Akita, about 6 years old.
His stomach flipped over. Very painful ending. She was a recluse for almost a year.
We just have to be thankful for the time we have and had.

Too bad what happened to the Akita. I have heard this happens with big dogs.
