Its amazing what uses can get out of coconut oil. I recently had thrush(a yeast infection in the mouth) and was told about oil pulling with coconut oil. It kills the yeast and soothes the mouth.

Yes, the list is endless. Do you know coconut is the only food that a human can subsist on alone?!

No, wow. I love coconut water. And it become quite popular in the last year or so because it not only keeps you hydrated but all those nutrients and vitamins it offers.

I'm not in love with the coconut water you buy in the store, though...so expensive! We like to buy the coconuts and drill a hole and get the water ourselves, otherwise I stick to the flesh and oil. I can understand why it's so much though, a precious commodity! Have you heard of monolaurin?

Well, that figures, I don't have a Walmart nearby and really don't support Walmart so don't shop there anyway.I watched a video called< Walmart, the high cost of buying Low> it wasn't kind to their ethics towards their suppliers or employees, although I'm sure a lot of people will not like that and will get all up in arms over it. I know a lot of folks (including some in my family) go there as it's the only place they can afford to shop at. I mostly shop at Trader Joe's and just don't like paying so much for something like that. I use a Santevia Water Purification System and my water is SO GOOD for you....look them at at https://santevia.com/....we love it!

We have Target, but their prices are sometimes cheaper and sometimes more expensive. And there's Big Lots, but their items change ever so often. I did see that video. Sometimes that is the only choice because of where we live and how expensive it is here.

I hear ya. No Trader Joe's where you are? How about Whole Foods (or, Whole Paycheck, as we refer to it), we go there every once in a while when there's extra money, not too often! Where are you?

I live in Chester, NJ and we don't have any of those. My parents live in Maine and they have Mardens. I love that store.

Oh, Trader Joe's is great. Small store but good stuff and great prices. Never heard of Mardens, must be regional. Sort of like a Wegmans.
