Height is 11 inches, width is 12 inches.

It has inside 2 pouches, a cell phone pouch, and a zippered pouch. I will get measurements when hubby gets up and tells me where the tape measure is.

Also found one on eBay and it is reversible as well which I did not know. Will be uploading a new pic of it in the reversible position.

Yes I just looked at the tag and it is made in China! I did not know that and looked it up and it seems Vera Bradley started outsourcing to China in 2006.

what's the measurements and is it smoke,pet free?

Here are the measurements:

SIZE : 9" x 5¾" x 3½" with 9" strap drop

And I am a light smoker and do have a dog! So I to be on the safe side use these guides to pull the smoke out.

Sorry it has been in the closet it may have a scent since I started smoking again after surgery. I try a few methods before shipping to get the smell out! But thank you very much!
