I've completed everything under 'Verify My Account' except link to facebook but I have a support ticket pending to fix problem linking. There is no address setting in there. There is an 'Add Shipping Address' under account settings and when I go there it says VERIFIED beside my address. Not sure what else I can do to verify.

I read up on badges and I wont get 1st level verification badge until I verify phone number (done) AND link facebook...there is an issue with that and I am waiting on Listia to resolve my support ticket to fix.
