I am doing flate rate shipping so if I do it from the post office it will be 12.35 and if I do the shipping from online it will be 11.30 I will be doing the shipping from online since there is a .95 difference.

It is not a regular cell phone charger. It is a little longer. U have to purchase it from Barnes and noble.
