The postcard that came with the samples says 5 problems 1 solution and then states the five problem the product can fix and they are as follows weak hair, limp hair, lifeless hair, dull hair, and straw-like hair. There are three different samples
- shampoo (.34 FL. OZ- 10ml)
-conditioner (.34 FL. OZ- 10ml)
-damage-erasing balm (.34 FL. OZ- 10ml)
