I wear a 10 and they fit me fine, The waist is elastic in the back so it will fit a variety of sizes up and down from me. The hips are free flowing so loose fitting on both legs and hips. Hope this helps. These would look really cute with a white T or dressed up with a blouse. Very versatile. Blessings

are they high waist shorts? i cant tell from the pic. cuz if they aren't, then they probably wont fit me, im guessing. im usually a size 12/13. but if they are high waisted they might, cuz my waist is a heck of alot smaller than my hips! lol. well, it will be by the time summer is here anyway... :)

You're too funny :) Yes they are High waist with plenty of stretch. I believe you'll be just fine with these at 12/13. I know how you feel, I just shed 25 lbs and still want to get rid of 10 more by summer. Nothing makes a girl feel as good as a new figure to go with some new clothes. LOL
