This is a 2008 Topps Finest Blue Refractor for Cleveland Indians star GRADY SIZEMORE.
There were only 250 of this card produced.

One of recent history's greatest stars who never got the chance to shine, Sizemore was named to 3 All Star teams and collected MVP votes in each of his first 4 MLB seasons, averaging 27 home runs and 29 steals each season while collecting two Gold Gloves in centerfield. His fifth season came to an early end by an elbow injury; the next season (2010), he had microfracture surgery on his knee ... and never truly recovered. He played half of 2011, and was out of baseball. There's no telling ow great Sizemore could have been had injuries not slowed him in his mid 20s.
