I noticed it looks like there is fading on the waistband but that is becuz I lighted it a bit so u can see the skirt better, NO FADDING in great condition. Promise. :)
Cute scalloped embroidered hen line. Wide elastic banded waist. 100 % cotton w/poly lining machine wash flat dry. Great for Spring & Summer.

oh and is it juniors? it sort of looks small. I will get it if you tell me if you think it'd fit maybe a L-XL? I want to get it for my sister.

It is not a Junior. I wear a 10 in ladies and this would stretch to fit me just fine. Not Small. The waist band measures 28" un-stretched, it has a lot of give to it so it would stretch I'd say up to a 36" comfortably. It will fit your sister if she is L-XL with no problem. Hope that helps.
