I'll create the perfect sparkling Valentine Heart Love stretch Collar for your sweet kitty (or little dog) with your choice of Red, Pink, Powder Blue, or Clear Aurora Borealis Crystal bracelet heart components. These are high quality heavy silver plated components studded with Genuine Swarovski Crystals (best in the world) strung on very strong jeweler's elastic.

I would never consider putting a NON-stretch collar on cats' necks because they do a lot of jumping & could get caught/hang themselves. If it stretches, they can easily get free!

I'll also attach a heart dangle which has a sparkling Clear Aurora Borealis Crystal in the center. I'll craft a ring out of heavy stainless steel wire to hold the heart so you can also easily add other tags along with it. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: this collar is intended as PET JEWELRY ONLY & is non-functional for any other purpose.

To measure, use a flexible seamstress tape or... cut a long 1/2" wide strip of paper, wrap it around your kitty's neck (not too tight), & put a mark where it crosses itself. Then lay out the marked length beside a ruler to get the inches needed. The components are 7/8" long (1/2" wide) so please choose the closest collar length based on your measurement: 12 1/4", 11 3/8", 10 1/2" , 9 5/8", 8 7/8", 8", 7 1/8", 6 1/4", 5 3/8", or 4 5/8". One of these sizes will also fit a small dog, or can be worn as a sparkling bracelet for You, Mom, Sis. or Child!

I warranty all my jewelry for a full year. This includes broken elastic & lost crystals! My little dogs have worn collars made with the same components for 3 years & they still look great! Every now & then I buff with a polishing cloth to bring back the shine & make it look new again!
