Preowned. Black and red plaid school girl micro mini skirt. Does show signs of wear. The top black part looks like velcro got to it. The last two pictures are to show what it looks like. This does not have a tag so I do not know the actual size. I have given approximate measurements so that you can see if it will fit you. The skirt is 15" side to side (laying flat, one sided). It is only 6" long (top to bottom). The material is very stretchy.
