Jalapeño Pepper
The growing period for a jalapeño plant is approximately 70–80 days. When mature, the plant stands 2 1/2 to 3 feet tall. Usually, a single plant will produce 25-35 pods.
This pepper produces 3-inch, thick-walled, moderately hot pods with deep green color that matures to a bright red.
Anaheim Peppers
The Anaheim Chile Pepper is a classic, open pollinated pepper variety that matures in 70-90 days. Vigorous bushy upright plants grow 24" to 30" tall and provide good cover. Tapered fruits are 6" to 8" by 1.5" and dark green in color turning red at maturity. Anaheim chilies can be eaten as is, roasted, stuffed, or added to soups and stews. Great pepper for drying.
