Hi,I love to garden.Flowers are my favorite.Yes you can pot these first,if you live in a zone where you have freezing weather until april or so,it is a good idea to start these in pots inside,six weeks before your last freeze. A good tip is,to soak them in a little water the night before you plant,as this will make them start faster. Thank you,they are very beautiful and make a great fence row.
