I am on my phone at the moment and cant get the exact figures for shipping, but probably 2 bucks for standard and 5ish is you want avtracking number. On the sending cash thing, I heard that it was a looong time ago, but never heard about anyone getting in trouble for it, people send cash in birthday/christmas cards all of the time, but to be safe i will take check or money order if not through paypal, strongly suggest paypal though.
