I have one of those dog training collars that has the prongs that comes off for different sizes of neck. its been used but dont need anymore. the measurements show the sizes of stretched out and closed up for you.

it use to fit a Rottie and a pittie...but not sure of the neck size of your dog but the measurements are on the picture of fully extended and each link comes off to make it smaller.

I have two 1 year old blk labs that I really need to stop the jumping and barking contiantly at anyone and nearly has knocked down our front fence but they are very big love bugs once you get to the front door
