I use Straight Talk, if you have the time and call Straight Talk and give them the #s inside the phone, they can tell you whay tower it runs off. Just trying to help ya know a little more..... Some of us can only use Verizon, so a sprint would do us no-good( I went thru it). I hope I helped......

I don't know how much the battery cost...I don't know if it's worth buying a battery or not. The only thing that comes with the phone is the phone and the charger...my sister gave me the phone but I don't need it. It's at least a year old, that I know of...prolly a lil older.
