of course, we're human, and sometimes when/if i make a mistake, i'm pretty up front about the whole thing, before sending the item (sometimes on a rare occasion, the lighting is not good in my bedroom; but i've since come to take photos in another room). i'm a long-time ebay seller, though now my feedback here, almost triples my rating on ebay. i'm also a longtime swapper on rehashclothes.com and www.swapstyle.com (the longest clothing swapping website in the world)- and i do pride myself on my seller/swap ratings- pretty high on positive ratings, very few negative ones. also, if i get the item second-hand, and there is a smell to it, either smoke, or storage, i usually include in the item description, too. i can honestly tell you that some people on here, and the other websites i mentioned, they are not so truthful when it comes to item descriptions- i hate when i get clothing with pills, it's not something i can use, that usually ends up in the DONATION pile. and i am allergic/sensitive to some cigarette/cigar smoke smells, too.
