The listing, King/Sheik/Imperial Family? ~ Middle East/Asia/Russian Art on a Polymer Clay Jar with Dip Stick??? has ended.

I'm quite perplexed! Is it Middle East/Asia/Russian Art on a Polymer Clay Jar with Dip Stick???
I picked this up as I fell in love with it, at a Curio Shop many years ago and just never quite figured out what it was supposed to be used for! I thought Ink, maybe but I don't know! Anyway, the drawings on it are lovely, and I've tried to get some good close-ups for you so you can be the judge and decide if this is something for you! It is unique and pretty, that's all I know. There is a hairline crack as shown in the last few pics. It's hard to notice and I didn't know it was there until I started all the feeling and close up viewing of the pics, kind of surprised me, but it's there and you can see it in the close ups. If you have any information or ideas on what this is please do comment below so we can all be enlightened.
p.s. the string is there from when I purchased it, I just never took it off.
Thank you and happy bidding! :)

Wiki says- Snuff bottles were used by the Chinese during the Qing Dynasty to contain powdered tobacco. Smoking tobacco was illegal during the Dynasty, but the use of snuff was allowed because the Chinese considered snuff to be a remedy for common illnesses such as colds, headaches and stomach disorders. Therefore, snuff was carried in a small bottle like other medicines. The snuff bottle is comparable to the snuff box used by Europeans. The snuff bottles had spoons and the snuff oil just had a dip.. There are very pretty antique bottles.. Google snuff bottle..
