It is about 15 inches long, 11 inches high, and the base 5 inches wide. There are two small open pockets and a zipper pocket on the inside. On the outside front center under the yellow strap is another pocket.

It is a great size for a diaper bag. I wouldn't get it if you are the type that likes lots of pockets. I took the best picture of the inside that I could that would show the inside pockets.
