I have never mailed to Canada. I have no idea what the shipping would cost. I'm afraid to say yes and find out that its to much. lol. do you have any idea what it might be for regular postage from the US? if it less then $1.10 then yes I would.

No... if it was a card then around there, but a parcel would be $4. Since the nail stickers are pretty thin and small you could slip it into an envelope then it would be around $1.

It's only $0.63 in Canada so I'll predict it's just a few cents more expensive from us to canada.
