If listia had a problem with it one of the mods would come here and say it was wrong. But there not and I've read all of listia's rules as long as the person ask for nothing in return and gives it away and the item or whatever it is there putting up is not against the law or a forgery, stolen, and so on . You should read the rest of the rules if u dont know them.If they follow the rules it's ok for them to put it up for auction.
