If you have sprint that would be perfect then alls you have to do is activate it. I totally switched carriers once I got married so no need to keep works awesome.

if you have sprint you can get a package and it can be cheaper if you dont have sprint it varies on the prices i think the cheapest is like$39.99 and I no for unlimited it is $59.99 a month.

yes it is. alls you have to do is insert the wireless card and it automatically installs into your computer. I have all the directions and same box.
