No, I did not, i am really upset, the post office lost one of my packages, I had to refund credits and now I will probably get a negative.

Didn't it have a tracking number, they should rule in your favor if it did...Sorry they lost it....The mail took 3 weeks to deliver one for me, she kept asking if i mailed it and i sent her the pic of receipt, but i didn't have a tracking number on it either....They may still get it later tho...will send a e-mail on what happened..hope you cold has gotten better Tim

I do have tracking but all it states is "tracking info received" and that is it.. nothing else. They probably will get it later. I am just starting to feel better. I just listed a couple of things last couple of days. I had bronchitis. It was bad. Because of some personnel shortage, I had to switch departments at work so it is not as laid back as before, I am not able to be on computer, etc., since i am not at my work station very often. :(

I talked to a guy that i met when i first got on here, he had a dispute on a phone case, then it came a few days later....if they can wait before giving feedback for a while or don't give any.....the lady in IN i told her to ask for credits back and she never did...then they came to her and it finally worked out...i told her to not give me bad feedback because of the mail system..maybe you can ask them to do that..Glad you feel some better..I had quite a few things listed, but now i need to take a break and bid on some things...Sorry your work is so stressful, that takes a toll on getting well...Hope you have a good afternoon Tim

You know i'm rooting for you,hope it all gets better..Like i said he got credits back and the case still came later....I had one person dispute my auction and tracking said delivered, listia said it was delivered, then one time shipping money never sent, a month later said didn't get it, listia asked if he sent money, next thing i know was he hit got it....so be careful always check their profile on feedbacks.. if bidding on a auction, and if someone is bidding on your auction, if they are bad you can block them from bidding an contacting you..hope this helps take care of yourself and get better :) tim

makes sense.. i already had someone dispute a ring saying it was not real gold.. well listia did step up to the plate and told them that i clearly described the ring as being "gold filled" she did not get her credits back. I looked at her profile and realized she was bad news.. i mean really she got the ring for 6,000 credits and expected it to be real gold? I described it in the title and in the description as 9k "gold filled" the thing is, i am sure if I give her a negative, she will turn around and give me a neutral, what do you think?

if you do give her a neg, write in what happened so ppl can see it wasn't you, it was her...if it's in writing on the add,there is nothing they can do,listia will back you, i remember you adds, it was self explanatory, well written i thought, but i can't say what to do..that would be your call...all i can do is try to help, when i can ;)

Yeah.. i mean she was really rude, telling me my ring was fake.. etc... Listia was really good though.. they resolved the issue in one day. She has like three negatives for not sending her items and a few neutrals, she rarely logs in. She would not release my credits even when she did log in. She logged in on the 19th day, one day before I was suppose to get my credits released only to request a refund, can you believe it??

A lot of things i can't beleive on here....there is a lot of good ppl on here tho, i won a watch... that she never logged in again..just have to weed them out....i have seen some like that too negs and neutrals..i even bid on their things before i knew..but i still learning too...hope your work week isn't to stressful
