Pink, if you go to your page (My Listia - under your name), on the left hand column near the bottom it will say "Verify your account". Go there and it will walk you through how to do the various verification's. The more you get verified, the more people will know you are real. I just started this in October, and it took me a little bit to figure it all out too. After awhile - the more auction's you do, then you will earn your "Seller's Wings", etc. You are on the right track offering free shipping too. Free shipping always gets more bids (credits).
