I think this actually my fit me. Only problem is that I am close to 5'9. It may be big up top being an xl. I am only a 36 B up top, but have huge hips which both medium and large dresses don't seem to have enough fabric to cover. However I did have an extra large velvet bodycon which was tight ( also bought at wet seal which makes their clothes smaller than kohls), but it also did not stretch. How would you say this stretches? But would you except paypal. I don't like using money orders?

oh it stretches:) I have a big butt and hips and my thighs aren't no toothpicks..hehe
and I think on the top portion it would be just fine with you (i'm a A36 cup and it made me look niiice)
I do not have a paypal account any more but I can take pre-paid labels sent by email from USPS.com (shipping is fast and cheaper than anything else)
and that way you are not sending money, just a label:)

I will try and bid. I never done a pre-paid label but finding a dress that actually fit me for only about $6 I will take that. Now crossing fingers that I can win this

Sounds good. It's pretty easy, I've already helped a few people figure out how to do the labels. I can always do the GET IT NOW option if you don't want to go through the hassle of bidding-if you are interested you can make an offer on the amount of credits you are willing to spend. I'm normally a size 13 in juniors, do you think this would fit me? An XL usually fits but sizes are so different for different brands :)

it stretches really well around the hip and butt area..I was a size 11 when I wore it and it still had a lot of give to it. I have a wide ribcage too (38) and it fit well around there as well. does that help?

It does, thanks!! This will probably fit me. I just know in some juniors brands even an XL is made for someone super small and it's so disappointing to get something that doesn't fit :( Will probably be bidding on this, thanks again!
