i just got this ring like a week ago and i cant wear it and i bought it off a acution and its really nice its a size 7 whichi wear a size 9 1/2 its steriling silver only wore long enough to try on i will do free shipping as i always do but cant send this out til march 5th if u cant wait on this pls dont bid ty and put it on my pointing finger long enough to take a few pics lol

not when it comes to stones....sapphire is blue...the word means blue in greek, just be careful ok :) it's a pretty ring..but i would have just called it a purple stone ring... good luck :)

I'm glad you decided not to get listia to remove the ring and please don't let one person's ignorant comments ruin the experience for you especially since you were having so much fun with the auction including a surprise and everything. I hope you continue to list jewelry on here. I hate when people post their negative comments on other people's auctions especially if they have no idea what they're talking about like kristylk. Next time she should do some research first because she was so wrong. I've seen it happen a few times on other gemstone auctions. Blue may be the most well known colour of sapphire but it most definitely is not the only colour of sapphire gemstones. Sapphire is available in many colours and they are all beautiful. I don't think I have enough credits to win this ring because I'm sure it will go very high so good luck with the auction. Fanned you =)

ty so much when she was fussing over the ring i was almost in tears i felt like i was doing something wrong and i went and looked up tht site i am so glad i did i guess when one person is misable they got to make someone else misable but i did break a mirrow lol 7 yrs bad luck and it started a few days ago and ty i fanned u back but i am glad i left this up didnt know ppl got mad over little things like tht but i am far from mad abt it was just sad and now this auction aint tht fun no more hope i get it back before the end of the bid but i will still be doing the surprise just aint fun now ty again

stick with it tonya, this is a beautiful ring and it is good that you are sharing it. The "fuss" has helped open people's eyes to the fact that sapphires are more colors than just blue - and that's a good thing so don't worry about it.

Good luck with the auction. Unfortunately the ring is the wrong size for my wife otherwise I would have bid.
