That's the reason I originally got one.. Then i realized it was a waste of time to go sit at the computer desk... so we have SIX of these in our house now (four kids in college, and me and hubby... also a high school kid but he's stuck with the hand-me-down PC)! Once you start surfing on the couch, you don't want the confinement of the desk anymore!

Does the product state if it will accommodate larger laptops? Great idea.

It does not mention sizes that it accommodates. I can tell you, however, that we have seven laptops in our home that range in size from15" to 17" and they fit fine.look above. In an earlier post I listed product dimensions.

Yeah it's hard at first because you see things you really want and you get them until you raise a few points. It doesn't take but a few days to get the points rolling in if you place auctions and ship the items out really fast!

Gracie is a Louisiana Catahoula Leopard she is 4 now.I rescued her from the pound when she was just 8weeks old.She might be mixed with Pointer.But,she is really in a class all her own.

We love ours! I use mine every night for Listia.. Sitting here right now, indian style, laptop on it! I can't surf the net without it... I've ruined two laptops over the past ten years by holding them on my legs or sitting them on my bed and blocking the air flow to the fans underneath. But with this, the air still gets to the laptop and doesn't burn out the fans!
