A nice postcard for collectors :).
On the back it says:
Tower, Reformed Church, castle Bergh with castle buildings.
Painted by H.A.van Kuilenburg (1879-1970) after an engraving by Jan de Beyer from 1743.
Language on card is: Dutch.
warning: the postcard itself is just not that old and is printed somewhere in this time. So it is not a postcard from the years 1800.

Colours in real life can be a little different.
