Didn't mean to sound rude, I do appoligize. I believe this is a binder that holds cards. You might be able to send just the binder as long as there is no advertisement included, but you can not send the cards in the same package, that is what will exclude it from media mail.
I have not seen one of these before... Can you tell me how thick it is and how many binder pages it comes with.....

this binder has plastic pages in side to hold 96 cards
its about an inch thick
there is a dragon picture on front but i dont think thats advertisement
it does sat they enclosed 3 free cards to start your collection

you will probably do good with this, people don't usually start bidding until the last few hours. My little one needs one of these. i have a giant binder for yu-gi-oh cards but these bakugan cards are just a little bit larger...I am sure they were designed that way, hahaha... good luck...
