They call this a floating necklace. I has a nylon string on it so when worn it almost looks like you have floating beads around your neck. It has blue beads with silver butterflies.

I don't have a measuring tape so now sure. Would guess 24 to 26. It goes around my head with out un clasping it and had down to my chest. Hope that helps
