I bought this for my rat but she is a hairless so she tends to be on the extra small side of things. This is for a small rat or small sized ferret, so it said on the package, it has only been tried on once. It has a jingle bell on the harness, the leash can be detached. No refunds, you will have to relist if you don't want I'm moving soon and don't need the clutter back LOL. Will consider GIN offers I paid $15 for this brand new at petsmart.

Possibly maybe a very tiny tea cup chihuahua cause I have a small reg chi and when she was a pup I would assume she could have fit it, but this is defiantly made for small rats and ferrets so I wouldn't give a definite answer

I'm sure any store that sold stuff for rodents. I haven't had to look anywhere, I only have a petsmart here and a locally owned animal shop.

This is kool but I think it will be too small for my dumbo large rat :( oh well good luck ;)

It should fit a big dumbo rat, as it didn't an wouldn't fit my small hairless rat as they tend to run smaller. :P But good luck if you bid!
