USPS flat rate priority for books is a premium service. Most listians balk at the idea of premium service shipping due to our frugal and thrifty nature. Please reconsider USPS MEDIA MAIL. All you do is stick your books in an appropriate sized box with some padding like crumpled up copy paper, label it media mail with marker, take some stamps with you if you already have them and let the clerk know at the post office you're using media mail for books and have stamps too.

are you going to take them to the post office to get them weighted for the media price or you just putting them in the medium flat rate box?

i looked it up, the only shipping that i can do is through USPS and i am going the cheapest way i can and i am waiting for the medium size box. I am not ripping people off.. You can go to USPS.com and see for yourself if you like. with the flat rate shipping and a medium size box it is $12.35. I am sorry if that's not convenient, I am doing my best to make it cheap.

Media mail for approximately 4 pounds should be no more than $5. That should include .90 for tracking as well. Here is the USPS calculator
