This is 24 sew-on snap fasteners (Singer) on the original cardboard packaging that they came on but it looks like the cardboard got wet some how and left a stain on the packaging. There is nothing wrong with the fasteners as far as I can tell. They are brass and are assorted sizes. There are 12 that measure 1/4" in diameter and 12 that measure 3/8" in diameter. All are silver colored except 4 of the 3/8" ones and they are black.
