Its on no contract. Locked to virgin Mobile. Its literally brand new. there's a SIM card with it so you can hook it up at home by calling virgin mobile. Or just pop your virgin mobile sim card in and your good to go!

I still have the receipt and Wallmart warranty card! If it breaks or gets damaged in anyway you will get a wall mart gift card to the amount of the phone

omg i need this phone, my dog ate my phone...i know it sounds funny but he chewed it up and the screen wont come on anymore, and i have a contract with virgin mobile.

can you please take a pic with a piece of paper with ur listia name on it beside the phone to avoid any thoughts of scam please. some of us have been scammed by people with 0 rating(newbies). would mean a lot please.
